•    Her career journey from FMCG, banking and insurance to founding CXA, an innovative employee benefits platform
•    Launching a disruptive technology platform and challenging the status quo
•    Her advice for entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Frustrated by the slow adoption of technology, Rosaline invested $5M of her savings and borrowed another $5M to build CXA. Within a year, her team built the platform, acquired Singapore's largest broker, won 20 Fortune 500 clients away from the global incumbents, voted by HR as one of the best vendors of the year and got $11M in VC funding.

Rosaline supervised P&G factory lines in Iowa before working in 8 roles during her 8 years at Bankers Trust in NYC.  She launched two dot-com start-ups in Asia, before moving to ACE Insurance. She also ran Mercer Marsh Benefits' 14 APAC countries, growing 800% over 8 years.

Rosaline graduated from UCLA Cybernetics and Columbia Business School.

All proceeds will go to The Women's Foundation Cambridge Scholarship Scheme which sends deserving Hong Kong students to pursue the M Phil in Multi-disciplinary Gender Studies.
