Professor Gratton will speak about her “five unwritten rules for gender” and how they apply to women and business in Hong Kong:

  • What are organisations doing to change attitudes on fatherhood?
  • How can women operate in male dominated senior networks?
  • Are boardroom quotas useful?
  • How can people bring their best selves to work?
  • How can we move beyond narrow categorisations of women?

Professor Gratton will also introduce her new book, “The Key” which looks at the impact of the changing world on corporate practices, processes and leadership.
