How Diversity Improves the Bottom Line: Latest Findings from McKinsey’s 2017 Diversity Matters II Report
- Diversity and the Bottom Line: HK$250.00
TWF is delighted to present the latest findings from McKinsey’s 2017 Diversity Matters II report, in collaboration with The British Chamber of Commerce and McKinsey & Company.
Diversity and Inclusion is often framed as a moral imperative. Important, but not a priority. Valuable, but only in its impact on public and workforce perception. In 2015, McKinsey & Company released a seminal report, Diversity Matters. The report findings demonstrated the correlation between more gender and ethnically diverse leadership teams and improved profitability. This shifted the narrative around diversity in the workplace, emphasising its position as a lever for value creation on par with any other item on a CEO's agenda.
Guangyu Li, Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, will share findings from McKinsey's latest research (the soon to be published report: Diversity Matters II). He will address the business implications of diversity in the workplace and delve deeper into the gender-specific insights the research has uncovered. The presentation will be followed by a moderated panel discussion with industry experts and will include an informal opportunity to connect with the presenter and panellists over coffee.
