Speaking at AmCham on Corporate Diversity Programmes: Pitfalls & Opportunities

Diversity means compromising on quality which leads to mediocrity. How does a company know when it is diverse enough? Are quotas the solution?

Male dominated sectors are industries that traditionally haven’t appealed to women so it’s not that firms are actively discriminating against women, it’s more that they’re not interested in working here in the first place.

The lack of women in senior roles is mainly because women aren’t leaning in.

Unconscious bias training is a waste of time.

Isn’t focusing on women in a way reverse discrimination against men and how do we avoid a male backlash?
