About the Speakers
Dr. Ron Brown, PH.D
A psychologist, who has served as a prime consultant to major Fortune 100 corporations for over 30 years, Dr. Ron Brown is considered a leading expert and innovator in the fields of Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Organisational Change. He is the Founder and President of Banks Brown, a management consulting firm that specialises in providing leading-edge skills to optimise the performance of leaders and organisations.
Beginning his career as a consultant to The Procter & Gamble Company, Dr. Brown has provided professional advice inside companies such as: McDonald's Corporation, ExxonMobil, Coca Cola USA, General Electric, Shell Oil Company, Motorola, Inc., Ernst & Young, People Magazine, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Reebok International, Ltd. His consulting relationships with McDonald’s and Procter & Gamble have spanned 30 years and 22 years, respectively.
He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. and B.S. from Michigan State University.
Arthur Joseph, M.A.
Arthur Samuel Joseph M.A., founder and chairman of the Vocal Awareness Institute, today is widely-recognised as one of the world’s foremost communication strategists and authorities on the human voice. A renowned teacher/mentor, Mr. Joseph’s mission is to Change the World through Voice. His trademarked, proprietary voice and leadership training programme, Vocal Awareness,™ is designed to teach Communication Mastery through a disciplined regimen of highly- specific techniques designed to cultivate an embodied and enhanced leadership presence, as well as personal presence, through body language techniques, vocal warm-ups, and storytelling skills. What emerges is an integrative and integral communication style.
Mr. Joseph has taught globally for over five decades. His varied client list includes Oscars winners such as Sally Field and Angelina Jolie, to enduring on-screen stars as Sylvester Stallone, Pierce Brosnan and Arnold Schwarzenegger, 5 Olympic Gold Medalists, Hall of Famers including the NFL’s Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin, Jerry Rice, and Marshall Faulk, among a host of other current players, retired players, and sports broadcasters. His most recent book, Vocal Leadership: 7- Minutes-a-Day to Communication Mastery, was published by McGraw-Hill, and his online Leadership Academy was recently released.

3. You are entitled to request access to and correct your personal data held by TWFHK, and request us to cease to use of your personal data at any time without charge.
