Aline joined The Women’s Foundation as Pipeline Initiatives Officer in August 2018. She provides support on all gender diversity programmes under TWF’s Pipeline Initiatives, including the 30% Club Hong Kong which aims to advance women in leadership roles, the Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders and Male Allies which engages men to press for change within their organisations and across Hong Kong.
Prior to this, Aline was a Marketing Specialist at a German-Swiss company which offers innovative solutions for drinking water. She was responsible for all marketing and communications in Asia Pacific. Her main roles included event management, creating all marketing collaterals, standardising corporate image across region, and managing websites and social media channels.
Aline holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration majoring in International Marketing from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
