About The Job
The Women’s Foundation (TWF) is a leading NGO dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in Hong Kong through research, programmes, education and advocacy. TWF is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager to join its dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop, manage and enhance relationships with current and potential donors, sponsors and partners, and contribute to a range of work making an impact across the community. The position would suit someone who is collaborative, energetic, organised and passionate about gender equality issues.
Principal Responsibilities
Relationship Management and Donor Engagement
Organise information sessions and regular meetings with donors, sponsors and partners
Lead effective internal cross-team collaboration
Prepare presentation materials
Develop and implement strategies and communications for donor engagement
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with donors. Lead the annual corporate partner renewal process, and cultivate new partners and sponsors, from planning to execution, including but not limited to:
Donor Management and Analytics
Maintain accurate donor records and ensure timely follow-up on donor inquiries
Develop processes and control in place to ensure data integrity of the client relationship management system
Prepare reports on donor engagement and fundraising activities to inform leadership for enabling strategic decisions
Fundraising Support
Collaborate with Development Team to identify new donors and cultivate potential donors
Programme Support
Work with the Pipeline Team or the Community Team in managing certain programmes as assigned. This may include but not limited to the management of related events, participants, knowledge partners and communications, the creation or curation of content, and the monitoring and evaluation of programmes
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Effective in project planning, implement & management, excellent in time management, prioritisation and attention to details
Solid experiences in cross-team collaboration and/or relationship management
Successful track record working in professional services or corporate context, ideally in an NGO
Understanding of and appreciation for gender equality and inclusion issues. Prior experience of diversity, equality and inclusion programmes is a strong plus
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
Essential Skills
Strong experience in corporate relationship management and business development or fundraising would be a strong plus
Creative and growth mindset.
