  • 胡繼之

    職場領袖發展項目主任

    胡繼之於2026年6月加入婦女基金會，負責執行女性領袖師友計劃及倡議者網絡的工作。

    作為英國一項專為來自代表性不足背景、有志投身法律界人士而設的精英培訓計劃校友，胡繼之致力推動機會平等及促進社會公義。這份熱忱亦體現在她過往的工作經驗中，包括於香港一間非政府組織前線團隊支援外籍家庭傭工，以及參與婦女基金會各項計劃工作。

    胡繼之持有杜倫大學的LLB，以及University of Law的LLM。

  • Patricia Hu

    Officer, Workplace Leadership Programmes

    Patricia joined The Women’s Foundation in June 2026 and supports the Mentoring Programme and Advocate’s Network.

    As an alumna of a competitive coaching programme for aspiring lawyers from underrepresented backgrounds in the UK, she is passionate about expanding access to opportunities and advancing justice. This has informed her work with a frontline team supporting migrant domestic workers at a local NGO in Hong Kong and her contributions to TWF’s programmes.

    She holds an LLB from Durham University and an LLM from the University of Law.

  • 李沅羲

    發展副總監

    李沅羲於 2025 年 8 月加入TWF擔任發展副總監，擁有逾 20 年國際銷售與行銷經驗。她曾於多元產業擔任高層職務，從《The Economist》出版業到與 Moët Hennessy Diageo 等全球知名酒莊合作經營精品葡萄酒事業。其職業生涯中成功推出逾50個品牌，並策劃全方位行銷活動，屢屢達成甚至超越業績目標。

    除專業成就外，李沅羲熱衷服務香港社區。她曾參與「Feeding HK」及「Inclusive Society」等機構志願服務，並長期支援本地長者中心。她持有 University of Hertfordshire 商業管理學士學位，以及 Macquarie Graduate School of Management 客戶關係管理證書。

  • Manlai Li

    Associate Director, Development

    Manlai Li joined TWF in August 2025 as Associate Director, Development, bringing over 20 years of international sales and marketing experience. She held senior roles in diverse industries from publication at The Economist to fine wine with globally renowned maisons such as Moët Hennessy Diageo. Over the course of her career, she launched over 50 brands and designed 360-degree marketing campaigns that achieved – and often surpassed – targets.

    Beyond her professional accomplishments, Manlai is passionate about serving the Hong Kong community. She has volunteered with organisations such as Feeding HK and Inclusive Society, and has dedicated her time supporting local elderly centres. She holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Hertfordshire and a Certificate in Customer Relationship Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

    社區創力項目主任

    郭咏於2025年7月加入婦女基金會，擔任項目主任，主要負責 Path to Empowerment 計劃。

    加入婦女基金會前，郭咏曾參與嶺南大學社區經濟推廣計劃，也曾參與多個本地非政府組織的工作，内容包括女性工人勞動權益與基層婦女就業培訓。在過往工作中，她深受基層婦女堅韌不拔的力量鼓舞，目前致力於促進基層婦女實現由自我提升到社會參與的轉化。

    郭咏擁有嶺南大學文化研究碩士學位。

  • Guo Yong, Wing

    Officer, Community Empowerment Programmes

    Guo Yong (Wing) joined The Women’s Foundation in July 2025 as Officer, Community Empowerment Programmes, where she is responsible for the Path to Empowerment initiative.

    Prior to joining TWF, Wing was not only involved in a community economic development programme at Lingnan University, but also contributed to several local NGOs, focusing on labour rights for women workers and employment training for grassroots women.

    Deeply inspired by the resilience and strength of grassroots women, Wing is committed to fostering their journey from personal empowerment to active civic participation in TWF.

    Wing holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies from Lingnan University.

  • Paul Ho

    Board Advisor

    Partner, Financial Services Tax, Ernst & Young Tax Services Limited

    Paul is an advisor to local and multinational financial services clients. Team builder, an Advocate of diversity and inclusiveness. He likes hiking and golfing. Paul works with professional bodies and industry associations. He provides comments and recommendations on tax initiatives to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. These comments and recommendations help to enhance the competitiveness of Hong Kong as an international financial centre. Paul has over 20 years of practical tax experience from his time at EY. He holds a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Sydney.

    Paul has been an active member of TWF Male Allies for a number of years, including being an active member of our Male Allies Leadership Council and has been a public spokesperson for TWF on several occasions, including the 2024 Gender Equality Summit.

    董事會顧問

    ⾦融服務香港稅務主管合夥⼈, 安永香港

    Paul 是本地及跨國金融服務客戶的稅務顧問。他擅長團隊建設，是多元與包容的倡議者。Paul 熱愛遠足和高爾夫球，並積極參與專業團體及行業協會事務。他定期向香港特別行政區政府提供稅務政策建議，有助提升香港作為國際金融中心的競爭力。Paul 在安永香港累積逾 20 年稅務經驗，持有澳洲悉尼大學稅務碩士學位。

    Paul 多年來積極參與婦女基金會的賢士同行計劃，不僅擔任賢士同行指導委員會成員，更多次代表婦女基金會公開發言，包括 2024 年婦女基金會性別平等論壇。

  • 徐曉君教授

    香港大學社會工作及社會行政系副教授, 香港大學

    徐教授的學術研究涵蓋三大領域：(1) 政策、社會創新與行業生態系統建設；(2) 非牟利機構及社會企業在幫助長者、殘疾人士與邊緣化婦女方面的組織機制；(3) 透過創新參與式研究方法推動新型社區發展模式，促進老年友善與共融城市建設。其相關研究成果廣泛發表於影響力期刊。徐教授將研究轉化為實質影響，不僅推動社會創新與老年友善城市的政策，更促進非牟利機構、社會企業及共融商業的實踐建設，並提升弱勢群體的倡議效能。

    徐教授擔任多項外部競爭性研究資助計劃之首席研究員、共同首席研究員及共同研究員，資助機構包括香港特別行政區政府研究資助局、勞工及福利局、特首政策組及效率促進辦公室；另獲香港賽馬會慈善信託基金及太古集團慈善信託基金委託進行慈善項目。徐教授現任《Journal of Social Entrepreneurship》及《International Journal of Social Welfare》副主編，並擔任多個非牟利機構及社會企業的諮詢成員與顧問，定期參與實習生知識交流活動。

    徐教授現任香港大學香港大學社會學碩士（非營利管理學）課程主任，並擔任香港·大學-瑞銀集團可持續與社會創新領導培訓課程的聯合主任。

  • Cheryl Chui

    Associate Professor, School of Social Work, University of Hong Kong

    Prof Chui’s scholarship covers three lines of research inquiries: (1) the interface between policy, social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and ecosystem-building; (2) the organisational mechanisms of nonprofits, social enterprises and social businesses in empowering older adults, people with disabilities, and marginalised women; and (3) the advancement of novel community development models through innovative participatory research methods to promote age-friendly and inclusive cities. Her works in these areas have been extensively published in high impact journals. Translating research into impact, Prof Chui’s work has contributed to policy changes for social innovation and age-friendly cities, facilitated capacity-building in nonprofits, social enterprises, and inclusive business practices, and enhanced advocacy efficacy for marginalised communities.

    Prof Chui is principal, co-principal, and co-investigator to external competitive research grants funded by the Research Grants Council, the Labour and Welfare Bureau, the Chief Executive’s Policy Unit, and the Efficiency Office of the HKSAR Government; and charitable trusts-commissioned projects funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, and Swire Trust. Prof Chui is an associate editor to Journal of Social Entrepreneurship, and International Journal of Social Welfare, a consulting member and advisor to several nonprofits and social enterprises, and regularly contributes to knowledge exchange activities in international and local settings.

    傳訊及倡議高級主任

    Clarissa 於 2025 年 4 月加入婦女基金會，負責婦女基金會的社交媒體、傳訊項目及研究與倡議工作。在加入婦女基金會之前，Clarissa 為不同初創公司和非牟利項目負責數碼營銷和平面設計，並曾經任職 LUÜNA 和公平僱傭中心的傳訊部門。
    Clarissa 擁有香港中文大學社會科學學士學位，主修全球傳播。

  • 朱立賢

    社區創力項目助理經理

    朱立賢 (Kevin) 於 2025 年 4 月加入婦女基金會，擔任助理項目經理。憑藉其在非牟利機構和政府部門豐富的活動策劃及青少年項目管理經驗，Kevin 負責婦女基金會的 Girls Go Tech 計劃及青年賢士同行計劃兩個社區導向項目，致力於為香港的下一代帶來積極影響，並啟迪他們。他堅信團結的力量，並期望看見一個人人都能平等追求夢想的香港。
    Kevin 畢業於嶺南大學，主修社會學（社會科學學士）。

  • Niru Vishwanath

    職場領袖發展項目高級總監

    Niru 於 2025 年 5 月加入婦女基金會，擔任領袖項目高級總監。在加入婦女基金會之前，Niru 曾在香港平等機會委員會工作 14 年。她最初在企業傳訊部開始職業生涯，其後於 2015 年調至新成立的少數族裔事務組。她的工作範疇涵蓋政策倡議、持份者參與、培訓及項目策劃，致力改善少數族裔群體在教育、就業、服務獲取方面的平等機會，促進少數族裔群體整體融入香港社會。
    Niru 的重要倡議之一是於 2018 年制定平機會的《種族多元共融僱主約章》，讓工作場所更具包容性。自推出以來，她見證約章的簽署機構名單增長至超過 500 家公司。
    Niru 早期職業生涯專注於市場傳訊，曾在印度、香港及匈牙利的銀行、廣告代理商及零售業工作。她擁有印度的經濟學學士學位、新聞學文憑及工商管理碩士學位。期後專注於育兒及遷居而暫停職業生涯期間，她亦取得針對英語為第二外語的老師教學資格 (TESOL)，並積累了相關教學經驗。
    Niru 熱衷於倡議婦女健康議題，現為香港乳癌基金會義工。

  • Clarissa Lui

    Senior Officer, Communications and Advocacy

    Clarissa joined The Women’s Foundation in April 2025. She looks after TWF’s social media and content creation and supports with advocacy and research projects.
    Prior to her role at TWF, Clarissa has experience in digital marketing and graphic design for various startups and social impact projects and was responsible for communications at LUÜNA and Fair Employment Agency.
    She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Global Communication from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

  • Kevin Chu

    Assistant Manager, Community Empowerment Programmes

    Kevin joined The Women’s Foundation as Assistant Manager, Community Empowerment Programmes in April 2025. Combining his extensive event and youth project management experience under non-profits and government offices, Kevin is dedicated to positively impact and bring empowerment to the next generations of Hong Kong. He believes in the power of togetherness and envisions a Hong Kong where everyone can pursue their dreams equally.

    Kevin graduated in the Lingnan University majoring in Sociology (BSocSc).

  • Niru Vishwanath

    Senior Director, Workplace Leadership Programmes

    Prior to joining The Women’s Foundation as Senior Director, Workplace Leadership Programmes in May 2025, Niru worked in Hong Kong’s Equal Opportunities Commission for 14 years. Having started in the Corporate Communications Division, she moved into the newly established Ethnic Minorities Unit in 2015. Her role covered policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, training and programmes geared to improving equal access to opportunities in education, employment, access to services and overall integration of racial minority groups in Hong Kong. One of her key initiatives was the development of the EOC’s Racial Diversity & Inclusion Employer Charter in 2018 which is aimed at making workplaces more inclusive. She oversaw the growth of the Charter signatory list to over 500 companies from launch.

    Niru’s early career was in Marketing Communications having worked in banks, advertising agencies and retail in India, Hong Kong and Hungary. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Diploma in Journalism and a Masters in Business Administration degree from India. During a long career gap owing to motherhood and moving countries, she also picked up a qualification (TESOL) and experience as a teacher of English to speakers of other languages. Niru is a passionate advocate for women’s health and volunteers at the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation.

  • Harjeet Baura

    董事總經理

    Harjeet Baura 先生現為Alvarez & Marsal亞洲金融服務業部門的董事總經理，常駐香港。他專注協助金融機構應對複雜的轉型挑戰，涵蓋策略、營運及監管等多個領域。

    擁有近30年於亞洲及英國提供專業服務的經驗，Harjeet Baura 先生曾領導多項大型轉型計劃，涵蓋策略執行、組織重整、數碼創新、客戶體驗及績效管理，服務對象包括多家領先的銀行及財富管理機構。

    加入Alvarez & Marsal前，他曾任職安永香港四年，擔任亞太區全球銀行主要客戶之一的領導合夥人。此前，他於羅兵咸永道（PwC）任職25年，曾在倫敦及香港擔任多個重要領導職位，包括亞太區數碼銀行業務總監、香港金融服務顧問業務總監，以及多家環球銀行的主要客戶合夥人。

    Harjeet Baura 先生積極推動多元、公平與共融（DE&I），曾擔任企業內部員工資源小組的高級顧問。他與婦女基金會合作，主導有關金融業女性參與度的研究，並為 TWF 賢士同行計劃創始成員之一，積極參與指導委員會工作。

    他擁有倫敦大學學院法律學士學位，是英格蘭及威爾斯特許會計師公會及香港會計師公會的會員。

    工作以外，Harjeet Baura 先生育有三名子女，熱愛與家人及兩隻領養犬一同探索香港郊野。他亦熱衷於球類運動，近年更開始學習高爾夫球。

  • Harjeet Baura

    Managing Director, Alvarez and Marsal

    Harjeet Baura is a Managing Director in Alvarez & Marsal’s Asia Financial Services Industry Group, based in Hong Kong. He specializes in guiding financial institutions through complex transformations, with a focus on strategic, operational, and regulatory challenges.

    With nearly 30 years of professional services experience across Asia and the United Kingdom, Harj has led large-scale transformation initiatives spanning strategy execution, organizational redesign, digital innovation, customer experience, and performance management. His clients include leading firms in the banking and wealth management sectors.

    Before joining A&M, Harj spent four years at EY in Hong Kong, where he served as the Asia Pacific lead partner for one of the firm’s largest banking clients. Prior to that, he spent 25 years at PwC in London and Hong Kong, holding key leadership roles including Asia Pacific Digital Banking Lead, Hong Kong Financial Services Consulting Lead, and lead client partner for several global banks.

    Harj is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. He has served as a senior advisor to internal employee resource groups and as a sponsor and mentor for emerging female leaders. In partnership with The Women’s Foundation, he led an industry-wide study on female representation in financial services and was a founding member of the TWF Male Allies Hong Kong initiative, where he actively contributed as a member of the Leadership Committee.

    Harj holds a bachelor’s degree in law from University College London and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

    Outside of work, Harj is a proud father of three and enjoys exploring Hong Kong’s scenic hiking trails with his family and their two rescue puppies. He’s an avid racquet sports enthusiast and has recently taken up golf.

  • 黎詩淇

    特別項目總監

    黎詩淇現任婦女基金會特別項目總監，負責領導 Allies Circle、策略夥伴合作及籌款計劃。她曾於 2025 年 7 月至 2026 年 4 月期間擔任署理發展總監，並自 2025 年 3 月起加入婦女基金會團隊。

    於 2008 年創立個人品牌，黎詩淇帶領其品牌成長超過十年，並獲得福布斯的肯定，成為 TedX 講者。在創業旅程中，她擴展了 Yonder Consulting 香港至亞洲的業務，從而建立了在業務發展、市場推廣和品牌轉型方面的能力。

    黎詩淇對個人發展的熱情推動她參與婦女基金會的女性領袖師友計劃（於2013-2014 年擔任學員；於2024-2025 年擔任導師）、太古女性創意網絡「太古WIN」，和關注香港女性議題的年度  TEDx 大會   TEDxTinHau Women。在 COVID 期間，她接受了臨床催眠治療師的再培訓，並成立自己的事業，舉辦健康與靜修活動，幫助其他有志創業者發展個人品牌。

  • Michelle Lai

    Director, Special Projects

    Michelle Lai is Director of Special Projects, leading TWF’s Allies Circle, partnerships and fundraising initiatives. She previously served as Interim Development Director from July 2025 to April 2026, and has been part of the TWF team since March 2025.

    Since launching her own brand in 2008, Michelle has navigated its growth for over a decade, gaining Forbes recognition and becoming a TedX speaker. She has honed her skills in product development, marketing, distribution strategy, and securing funding to scale the business. This entrepreneurial journey, followed by her launching Yonder Consulting’s Asia practice from Hong Kong, has enabled her to build capabilities in business development, market expansion, and brand transformation.

    Her passion for personal development fuels her involvement with The Women’s Foundation (as a mentee in 2013-2014 and as a mentor in the 2024-2025 cohort) as well as with Taikoo WIN, and TEDxTinHau Women. During COVID, she retrained to be a clinical hypnotherapist and set up her practice hosting wellness retreats and helping other wellpreneurs grow their brands.

    傳訊高級經理

    Yoni So 於 2024 年加入婦女基金會，負責整合傳訊，致力推動性別平等，提升婦女基金會在社區中的影響力及知名度。

    加入非牟利界前，她擁有逾十年品牌傳訊經驗，涉足全球零售、科技、時尚與媒體領域。曾於 Alpargatas S.A. 及 Otter Products 領導區域品牌策略及數碼電商業務，聚焦亞太區及中國市場拓展。

    Yoni 熱衷於青年潛能發掘及推動職場健康文化，啟發年輕領袖突破陳規思維，推動共融、成長與影響力。透過自身的義工參與，Yoni 積極支援非牟利機構發展數碼內容及策略規劃，同時鼓勵有能力者貢獻所長，推動以社區為本的改變力量。

    Senior Manager, Communications

    Yoni So joined The Women’s Foundation in 2024, bringing over a decade of brand communications expertise across global retail, digital tech and media sectors. At TWF, she leads integrated communications and narrative engagement with media, corporates, internal and external stakeholders to amplify TWF’s awareness and advance business for gender diversity, inclusivity and social impact initiatives across Hong Kong and the wider region.

    Prior to joining the non-profit sector, she built a regional career in brand strategy and digital commerce at Alpargatas S.A. and Otter Products, with a focus on market penetration and expansion across APAC and China.

    Yoni is passionate about youth empowerment and thrive in the workplace initiatives. She is devoted to empowering young people and unlocking their leadership potential, challenge conventions to foster organisational inclusiveness, and inspire capable individuals to contribute their strengths to uplift those in need among wider society.

    Through her own volunteer work, Yoni relishes opportunities to mentor NGOs in elevating digital storytelling and organisational strategy to drive impactful community growth.

  • 陳彩鑫

    財富及退休金業務總經理

    香港永明金融有限公司

    陳彩鑫女士現擔任香港永明金融有限公司（「Sun Life永明」）財富及退休金業務總經理，負責領導公司的財富及退休金業務，推動業務加速增長、完善退休方案、提升業務拓展能力，以及深化與僱主及僱員客戶的關係。

    陳女士擁有逾25年的高級管理經驗，涵蓋策略規劃、卓越營運、組織效能及客戶關係等領域。加入Sun Life 永明前，她曾於怡和集團（Jardine Matheson）擔任集團董事兼幕僚長，以及於香港置地（Hongkong Land）擔任執行董事兼首席企業官。

    此前，陳女士曾於麥肯錫公司（McKinsey & Company）任職逾15年，期間擔任多項高級顧問及管理職務，包括出任大中華區首席運營官。她的職業生涯始於紐約摩根大通（J.P. Morgan）的投資銀行業務。

    陳女士亦擔任婦女基金會董事會成員，支持該會推動香港性別平等的工作。

    陳女士持有麻省理工學院斯隆管理學院的工商管理碩士學位，以及西澳大學的商學士學位。

  • Jacqueline Tan

    General Manager, Wealth & Pensions, Sun Life Hong Kong Ltd

    Jacqueline Tan serves as the General Manager of Wealth & Pensions at Sun Life Hong Kong Limited (“Sun Life”). In this role, she leads the company’s Wealth & Pensions business, with responsibility for accelerating growth, advancing its retirement proposition, strengthening business development capabilities and deepening relationships with employer and employee Clients.

    Jacqueline brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning strategy, operational excellence, organizational performance and Client engagement. Before joining Sun Life, she served as Group Director & Chief of Staff at Jardine Matheson and as Executive Director and Chief Corporate Officer at Hongkong Land.

    Earlier in her career, Jacqueline spent more than 15 years at McKinsey & Company, where she held senior consulting and management roles, including as Chief Operating Officer for Greater China. She began her career in investment banking with J.P. Morgan in New York.

    Jacqueline also serves on the Board of The Women’s Foundation, supporting its work to advance gender equality in Hong Kong.

    She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia.

  • Aveline San

    Chief Executive Officer and Banking Head

    Citi Hong Kong and Macau

    Aveline began her career as a banking and capital markets lawyer after qualifying as a solicitor and barrister in Australia in 1997.  She joined Citi in April 2019 as Regional Chief Compliance Officer for Asia Pacific (APAC).  Prior to Citi, she spent 14 years with UBS in various senior management positions, including acting as APAC Group Regional Head of Compliance & Operational Risk Control, General Counsel of Wealth Management for North Asia.

    Aveline is passionate about promoting industry collaboration on innovation and social impact initiatives.  She is also actively involved in policy and regulatory developments impacting the financial industry.  She currently serves on the board of various Citi entities in Hong Kong, FinTech Association of Hong Kong, The Women’s Foundation, the Community Chest Hong Kong and the Financial Services Development Council; the Vice-Chairman of the Financial and Treasury Services Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce; and Vice-President of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers and member of council of Treasury Markets Association and Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Banks.   Aveline was conferred as an Honorary Certified Banker by the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers in 2024.

    辛女士於1997年在澳洲獲得事務律師和大律師資格，開始其銀行和資本市場律師的職業生涯。辛女士於2019年4月加入花旗集團，出任亞太區合規部總監 。 此前，她在瑞銀工作了14年，曾任不同的高級管理職位，包括集團亞太區合規及營運風險控制部主管兼北亞財富管理業務總法律顧問。

    辛女士熱衷於促進創新和社會影響方面的業界合作，她也積極參與影響金融業的政策和監管發展的相關工作。她目前擔任花旗銀行（香港）有限公司、花旗環球金融亞洲有限公司、香港金融科技協會、婦女基金會、香港公益金和香港金融發展局董事會成員; 香港總商會金融及財資服務委員會副主席、香港銀行學會副會長、財資市場公會理事會成員及香港銀行公會執行委員會成員。她在2024年獲香港銀行學會授予榮譽認證銀行家。

    謝文憲女士是PwC香港及中國大陸區金融服務稅務轉讓定價組的合伙人。她擁有超過20年在國際四大會計師事務所的工作經驗，專註於為大中華區及亞太地區的金融機構提供國際稅務及轉讓定價諮詢服務。謝文憲女士經常受邀擔任OECD-STA多邊稅務中心的客座講師，並為亞太及歐非中東 (APAC & EMEA) 地區的稅務機關提供轉讓定價技術培訓。她曾為國際稅務及轉讓定價出版物和數據庫撰寫文章及章節，並就金融服務行業政策向香港特別行政區政府提供專業建議。謝文憲女士是一名特許會計師。

    除稅務專業外，她還在業餘時間積極推動企業內部的多元共融倡議，包括建立導師計劃、推動多元化和包容性培訓平台，以及開展社會影響力評估相關的教育工作。

    謝文憲女士為多家非營利組織提供支持。她早年曾任職於聯合國難民署，現仍為香港的公共政策智庫及教育慈善機構提供專業志願服務。

    謝文憲女士支持多家非牟利機構，並密切參與婦女基金會的工作，擔任婦女基金會女性領袖師友計劃的聯合主席和指導委員會成員，並聯同 Women Chief Executives Hong Kong (WCEHK) 合作，研究、起草並發佈了一份有關香港金融服務業性別多元化狀況的調查報告。

  • 曾居欣

    董事會副主席

    瑞銀亞太區投資銀行運營風險控制主管

    曾居欣是瑞銀亞太區投資銀行運營風險控制主管。她的職業生涯專注於運營架构管理、營運風險、和風險諮詢，並在四大會計師事務所和銀行擁有豐富的經驗。

    曾居欣熱衷於社會、性别多元化和環境保護的議題，自2019年起成為婦女基金會的董事會成員，曾出任名譽司庫，目前是副主席。她曾在過往服務的企業擔任社會企業責任（CSR）和性別多元委員會主席，她目前是瑞銀Social Impact的委員會成員。曾居欣曾擔任澳洲及紐西蘭特許會計師會亞洲區域的委員(2022)，香港理事會主席(2016)，目前是該會的名譽顧問和董事。她自2015年起被委任為FCA。

    曾居欣也是一位妻子，母親，乳癌康復者，熱愛單板滑雪和參加音樂會，並希望增加運動量。

    Stratford Finance 首席執行官

    關蕙是一位熱衷於技術、數字資產和區塊鏈的倡導者，專注於為初創企業提供建議。她是 Stratford Finance 的首席執行官，這是一家專注於解決金融服務和數字資產領域監管及運營挑戰的諮詢公司。關女士曾在香港交易所（HKEX）、證券及期貨事務監察委員會（SFC）、 Cantor Fitzgerald、CLSA、德意志銀行和 HG Asia/ABN AMRO 擔任高級管理職位。她曾擔任 BitMEX 和 HashKey Group 的全球首席運營官，並為經紀公司、基金經理和技術提供商提供諮詢服務。

    何東苗氏教育基金會董事會成員

    Joanna 是何東苗氏教育基金會董事會成員。她是 KG 集團的創辦人，透過不同的教育重點專注項目 – Kids’ Gallery、Star English、Face Productions 和 Mills International Preschool – 已經有超過 80,000 名年輕人通過其支持，校友在世界各地的著名大學就讀或在廣泛企業工作。在此之前，她曾在 PriceWaterhouseCoopers 和 Marks and Spencer 倫敦總部工作。

    Joanna 擁有倫敦大學和華威大學的學位，也是倫敦三一學院的執照持有人。她是華威大學的藝術顧問，也是婦女基金會、港怡醫院、青年糖尿病行動、智樂兒童遊戲協會和香港藝術節的董事會成員。

    香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系榮休教授

    陳麗雲教授是健康與社會工作領域的國際領軍人物。在榮休前，她擔任香港大學思源健康與社會工作講座教授。她的學術生涯取得了突破性的創新成果，例如以力量為導向的增強創傷個體能力的方法，以及將中國哲學和傳統中醫（TCM）實踐創造性地結合到整體行為健康干預中。在研究工作之外，陳麗雲教授還是一位傑出的社會企業家和倡議者。她曾擔任多個項目和計劃的創始董事，包括香港大學行為健康教研中心和賽馬會安寧頌(JCECC)計劃。她亦曾參與成立香港大學秀圃老年研究中心、佛學研究中心、香港大學香港賽馬會防止自殺研究中心及其他研究院修課課程。

    Damien Mooney 是一位駐香港的資產管理商業領導者，擁有近 30 年的豐富經驗，其中有超過 18 年擔任各種亞太區域業務領導職務。Damien 目前領導 Fidelity International 的亞太區（日本除外）業務。

    在此之前，Damien 曾在香港的貝萊德以及香港和倫敦的富達國際擔任高級商業領導職位。他於 1994 年在倫敦開始其金融服務的職業生涯，2006 年中移居香港。

    Phoebe於2022年4月加入婦女基金會，擔任助理活動策劃及發展經理，負責構思、策劃、執行和評估婦女基金會的籌款活動，特別是婦女基金會籌款晚宴及國際婦女節午宴。

    在加入婦女基金會之前，她在美國會擔任活動主任，與美國會的基金會團隊緊密地合作籌辦慈善活動，並與許多其他慈善組織合作在美國會舉辦各項籌款活動。這些經驗帶給她極大滿足，幫助有需要的人，繼而啟發她踏上在非牟利機構領域之路。

    Hillary負責婦女基金會的贊助商和合作夥伴項目，並協調和籌辦各項旗艦活動，包括婦女基金會籌款晚宴和國際婦女節午宴。她亦協助處理企業伙伴對領袖項目的查詢

    在現職崗位前，Hillary 是基金會社區項目團隊的項目主任，負責規劃、協調和執行「 Girls Go Tech 」計劃的活動和及發展「English for STEM」項目。

    Clara 於2024年4月2日加入婦女基金會。她擁有豐富的跨國企業行政管理經驗，曾負責客戶服務、物流供應鏈、行政、財務、信貸管理、企業收購及合併等多個職能。她曾在多家跨國公司工作，當中包括瑞士的化學公司、德國的製藥公司及航運公司。商業領域的成功經歷讓 Clara 決定將熱情轉投入社區服務的工作。Clara目前在婦女基金會負責行政與財務事務。

    社區創力項目助理經理

    Stanley於2024年1月加入婦女基金會，擔任助理項目經理。他主要負責 Girls Go Tech 計劃，為基層女學生提供最新的科技學習和未來職業的見解。在加入婦女基金會之前，他曾在多個機構工作，包括嶺南大學、香港教育工作者聯會和香港青少年發展訓練中心，負責舉辦青少年培訓課程。

    Stanley擁有香港理工大學的計算機學士學位。

  • 高湘喬

    社區創力項目高級主任

    Carla於 2023 年 8 月加入，擔任社區項目的高級項目主任，將她豐富的專業知識帶到前線。在此崗位上，她勤奮地協調各個社區項目，特別是「Girls Go Tech」計劃，旨在培養女性在 STEM 領域的能力及消除她們成功的障礙。 

    在加入婦女基金會之前，Carla擁有卓越的職業生涯，涵蓋法律、金融及傳統中醫等多個領域，並在香港及上海兩地積累了豐富的工作經驗。此外，Carla在非牟利機構擁有超過十年的義工經驗，她充滿同理心，於工餘時間樂於幫助邊緣社群、提升女性能力及幫助有需要人士不遺餘力。

    社區創力項目副總監

    Gladys 於 2019 年 10 月加入婦女基金會。此前，她曾於世界自然基金會（WWF）、世界綠色組織和海洋公園保育基金會工作，負責籌款及倡議活動，支持各機構的保育項目。她曾成功邀請企業和機構夥伴參與全球最大型環保行動「地球一小時」（Earth Hour），推廣可持續生活方式。2017 年，Gladys 主理全港首個「無飲管運動」，鼓勵餐飲業及公眾減少一次性飲管的使用。

    Gladys 擁有多倫多大學文學士學位及香港中文大學社會科學碩士學位。

  • 鍾麗珊

    社區創力項目高級總監

    麗珊於 2023 年 10 月加入婦女基金會，擔任社區導向項目總監。她是婦女權利和性別平等的堅定倡議者。

    她曾在香港樂施會工作18年，致力於消除貧窮和發展計劃，特別是在中國內地的婦女充權、消除性別暴力、性別平等和公民社會建設方面。她建立了性別項目團隊，並擔任國際樂施會全球性別平台的其中一位聯絡人。2017年，她促成了樂施會廣東辦事處的登記，並成為其首任首席代表。在經歷了社會運動和 Covid-19 之後，麗珊決定將她的重心調回香港。

    她在戰略規劃、項目策劃、政策倡議、撥款和管理方面擁有豐富的經驗。她也是一位在性別與發展、公民社會組織發展、項目管理、性別影響評估以及保障政策和機制等領域的導師。

    麗珊喜歡與來自不同背景的社區和持分者合作。她擁有在香港推廣社區經濟的經驗。她熱衷於以不同的創意方法為不同群體提供性別平等教育。

    麗珊曾是一名傳統媒體和社交媒體記者和編輯，持有公共及社會行政管理榮譽文學士學位和國際發展碩士學位。

  • 余潔儀

    設計及創新經理

    Kit 於 2017 年 7 月加入婦女基金會擔任平面設計師。她的主要職責包括構思、規劃和管理婦女基金會的市場推廣和活動宣傳品、文件和網站的設計。

    在加入婦女基金會之前，她曾在溢達企業有限公司和瑪貝爾鑽飾有限公司擔任資深設計師和平面設計師。她負責提供創新的平面設計概念並執行市場推廣活動，包括廣告、包裝、產品目錄和季節性推廣材料。她畢業於香港理工大學，獲得應用與媒體藝術學士學位，並在香港教育學院獲得平面與媒體設計高級文憑。

  • 莫麗莎

    研究及倡議高級總監

    Lisa 於2011年加入婦女基金會，並於2024年1月晉升為高級總監，負責研究與倡議工作。

    Lisa 主理婦女基金會的獨立研究項目，針對性別不平等議題進行前瞻性研究。她同時帶領倡議項目，透過跨部門合作，致力推動性別平等。Lisa 亦負責制定與執行傳訊項目，提升婦女基金會在社區中的影響力及知名度。

    作為 Meta 全球女性安全專家顧問小組的成員，Lisa 協助 Meta 制定新的政策、產品及項目，為女性用戶制定針對性的新政策和計劃，改善用戶體驗。

    在加入婦女基金會之前，Lisa 曾於香港中文大學晨興書院任教，兼任教學與研究員。

    Lisa 擁有美國里士滿大學的種族研究學士學位、約翰霍普金斯大學及南京大學的國際關係碩士學位，以及英國謝菲爾德哈勒姆大學的心理學碩士學位。

    職場領袖發展項目主任

    劉鴻雁於2024年9月加入婦女基金會，擔任領袖項目主任，負責執行賢士同行計劃以及董事會系列與高層領導計劃的工作。

    在加入婦女基金會之前，劉鴻雁曾在香港和內地的初創企業及上市公司擔任實習生，參與青年發展、企業溝通和行政管理等工作。此外，她積極參與多個非政府組織及慈善活動，涉及青少年發展、環境保護和性別平等等領域。她目前致力於將自身的經驗和技能運用於推動婦女基金會的各項計劃，促進性別平等與多元化。

    劉鴻雁擁有香港中文大學哲學學士學位，並輔修社會學。

  • Danica Liu

    Officer, Workplace Leadership Programmes

    Danica Joined The Women’s Foundation as Officer, Workplace Leadership Programmes in September 2024. She is primarily responsible for supporting the Male Allies programme and board diversity initiatives including 30% Club Hong Kong Chapter and Boardroom and C-suite Leadership Programme.

    Prior to her role at The Women’s Foundation, Danica has various internship experiences in both start-up and listed companies in Hong Kong and Hang Zhou on issues relating to young adult development, communication and administration. She also participated multiple NGOs and charitable events under the topics of teenager development, environment caring and gender equality in the past few years. she is now applying her skills and knowledge to support gender equity and diversity efforts.

    She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Sociology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

  • Sasha Anderson

    Manager, Workplace Leadership Programmes

    Sasha joined The Women’s Foundation in September 2024, bringing her experience in project and stakeholder management to the team. In her role, she primarily manages and oversees TWF’s Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders, and Boardroom and C-suite Leadership Programme. She also helps to support other programmes and initiatives with the Pipeline team.

    Prior to joining TWF, Sasha has worked primarily within the arts and live performance sector in Hong Kong and Canada. Following her completion of her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Toronto Metropolitan University, she worked with various non-profit organisations and charities, managing new and ongoing programmes, with a focus on youth arts organisations and arts administration.

    職場領袖發展項目經理

    Sasha 於 2024 年 9 月加入婦女基金會，負責項目管理與協調工作。她主要管理婦女基金會的女性領袖導師計劃，並協助領袖項目團隊推動其他活動項目及倡議。

    在加入婦女基金會之前，Sasha 主要在香港及加拿大的藝術及現場表演行業工作。取得多倫多都會大學的藝術學士學位後，Sasha 曾在多家非營利組織及慈善機構從事項目管理，專注於青少年藝術組織及藝術行政工作。

  • Ada Yip

    Deputy CEO

    Ada is currently the Deputy CEO of The Women’s Foundation. Previously, she co-founded WYNG 43 Social Investment and acted as CEO in one of its invested companies, Urban Spring, from 2015 to 2023. Ada led the impact business to develop a reliable network of well designed water refill stations with the mission to reduce the consumption of single-use plastic bottles. Ada is a Certified ESG Analyst under EFFAs.

    Beyond her day job, her volunteer roles include the co-chair of the board of Social Value International (a UK registered charity), a leading global network that pioneers in establishing impact measurement standards and trainings; a board member of Social Value Hong Kong (formerly The Hong Kong Institute of Social Impact Analysts) and a member of the Sub-Committee on Public Education on Rehabilitation under the Labour and Welfare Department of the Hong Kong Government.

    Prior to the above engagements, she was the Programme Director of the i2i (incubation to investment) program at SOW Asia. In her early career, Ada worked at a number of international financial institutions in Toronto, Tokyo, and Hong Kong with regional management responsibilities for over 20 years.

  • 葉蓁蓁

    婦女基金會副行政總裁

    葉蓁蓁女士現為婦女基金會的副行政總裁。葉女士為 WYNG 43 社會投資的創始董事之一，並於 2015 年到 2023 年在該公司投資的城泉 (Urban Spring) 擔任首席執行官。此社會企業於香港成功建構一個數百架加水站的網絡，旨在減少一次性塑膠瓶的消耗，並帶領公司成為 B Corp。她自 2023 年起成為 EFFA 的認證 ESG 分析師。葉蓁蓁女士一直是社會公益社群的活躍成員，參與了許多社會創新的孵化計畫。葉女士是Social Value International 董事會聯席主席（Social Value International 為英國註冊的國際慈善機構，是建立影響力衡量標準和培訓的先驅）；以及 Social Value Hong Kong（前身為香港社會影響力分析學會）的董事會成員。她亦是香港政府勞工及福利局的康復諮詢委員會轄下，康復服務公眾教育小組委員會的成員。在此之前，她曾是SOW  Asia的項目總監，葉蓁蓁女士事業的頭二十年於多倫多、東京和香港的國際金融機構工作，負責區域管理及營運的職務。

  • 宋亦芸

    職場領袖發展項目高級主任

    宋亦芸於 2023 年 9 月加入婦女基金會，主要負責女性領袖導師計劃及性別平等與包容工作小組。

    加入婦女基金會前，宋亦芸曾參與多個本地非政府組織的工作，專注於提升香港外籍家庭傭工的法律意識，促進少數族裔女性與主流社群的連結，並改善非華裔女性的生活條件。她的工作為該區內弱勢女性提供了強大支持，並賦予她們更多自主權。

    宋亦芸擁有香港城市大學社會科學學士學位，主修犯罪學。

  • 陳蕾

    職場領袖發展項目助理經理

    陳蕾於 2023 年 3 月加入婦女基金會，擔任高級領袖項目主任。她與 TWF 的緣分始於 2021 年，當時她以實習生身份參與 TWF 的工作，深入了解其使命與項目。在現職中，陳蕾負責領導賢士同行計劃、Women to Watch 平台及董事會系列與管理層領導計劃。

    在加入 TWF 之前，陳蕾曾於多個非政府組織工作，積極推動關注生育權利、少數族群和藝術管理相關的議題。

    陳蕾畢業於愛丁堡大學，擁有法語與歷史雙主修的文學碩士學位。

  • 周惠琼

    營運總監

    Maria 於 2021 年 8 月加入婦女基金會，擔任財務及行政總監。她在跨國醫療和製藥企業及本地公共機構領域擁有豐富的工作經驗，負責財務、行政、業務控制、供應採購、人力資源、內部控制、商業及 IT 管理等多項職能。

    她的職業生涯始於德國先靈製藥公司，期間在香港和中國建立並管理財務與行政團隊，並處理如合併、收購及整合等項目。其後，她先後擔任拜耳醫療香港的首席行政官，以及香港國際機場航空保安有限公司的副行政總裁（商業及行政）。

    Maria 亦是終身學習的支持者。身為兩位男孩的母親，她在工作之餘還取得了三個碩士學位，分別為專業會計、工商管理及專業英語研究。

  • 程沛玉

    首席顧問

    程沛玉在擔任首席顧問前，已在婦女基金會工作了 10 年，其中大部分時間擔任副行政總裁。她主要負責設計和發展社區計劃、倡議和宣傳活動，以及社區聯繫。

    此前，她在僱員再培訓局工作了十年，主要負責就業服務及公共關係，與教育局、勞工及福利局、扶貧委員會、勞工處和社會福利署緊密合作。

    她是社企昭悅教室的創始人，以正向教育及社交情緒教育支持學生、家長和學校。她曾是兒童醫學基金會的計劃委員會成員。

    她也曾是「2013-18年度家庭友善僱主獎勵計畫」的籌辦成員，以及證監會轄下的投委會顧問小組召集人。她是香港01和Ohmykids的博客，並榮獲香港基督教女青年會頒發的「香港傑出女性義工」獎。

    程沛玉擁有英國約克大學社會政策碩士學位。

  • 樂鳳蘭

    行政總裁

    憑藉其資深管理經驗和為香港基層婦女服務的熱誠，樂鳳蘭於 2017 年 9 月加入婦女基金會擔任行政總裁。樂鳳蘭曾擔任律師和恆生指數公司秘書。在其居港逾二十年的職業生涯中成為一名資深的專業法律人士，為本港及亞洲多家企業包括 AIA、AIG、Aviva、周大福珠寶、電訊盈科，以及中小企、初創公司及非牟利團體等提供顧問服務。

    樂鳳蘭是 Room to Read 香港分會的共同創辦人，並協助在印度新德里成立區域項目辦公室。她是香港及澳門澳洲商會的前副主席，同時是其 Women in Business Network 的創辦人和主席。

    她於 2015 年在澳洲商會-西太平洋澳華企業成就獎中獲得 the People’s Choice Award for the Advancement of Women in Business，同時於 2020 年 獲得Women in Business Law Awards Asia 的「傑出成就」獎、2021 年獲得香港美國商會的「最具影響力女性」獎及2022 年獲得Tatler Front & Female Hong Kong Awards 的「年度非政府組織領袖」獎。

  • Damien Mooney

    Parent Governor on the Board of Kellett, the British International School of Hong Kong

    Damien Mooney is a Hong Kong-based commercial leader in asset management with almost 30 years of experience, including over 18 years in a variety of Asia Pacific regional business leadership roles. Damien currently leads the Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) business for Fidelity International.

    Prior to this, Damien held senior commercial leadership positions at BlackRock in Hong Kong as well as Fidelity International in Hong Kong and London. He started his career in London in financial services in 1994 before relocating to Hong Kong in mid-2006.

    Damien is a Parent Governor on the Board of Kellett, the British International School of Hong Kong.

  • Stanley Ho

    Assistant Manager, Community Empowerment Programmes

    Stanley joined The Women’s Foundation as Assistant Programme Manager in January 2024. He is responsible for Girls Go Tech Programme, providing latest technologies learning and insight of future career to underprivileged girls.

    Prior to joining The Women’s Foundation, he served at a number of organizations including Lingnan University, Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers and Hong Kong Association of Youth Development Training Centre where he was responsible for organizing and executing training courses to teenagers.

    Stanley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computing from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

  • Samantha Wong

    Co-Founder and Director, On Air Collective

    Samantha Wong is the Co-Founder and Director of the On Air Collective and Little Bao, Founder of On Air Event Space Management and a publisher at the WOM Guide. In these roles, she has succeeded in developing the outreach of Little Bao and the WOM guide, and of the clients of the On Air Collective. Highlights include an increase in readership by 100% after a rebrand practice and the launch of a new website for the WOM Guide and an increase in media outreach by 50% as Vans’ Asia Pacific Community Strategy Partner. Samantha has extensive experience in public relations in the Asia Pacific region. She was previously a PR Executive at various companies including Concept Link International Marketing, Bally and Dmop.

  • Ali Tse

    Board Treasurer

    Transfer Pricing Partner, PwC

    Ali Tse is a Partner in PwC Hong Kong and China’s financial services tax – transfer pricing group. She has over 20 years of experience working in Big 4 accounting firms providing international tax and transfer pricing advisory services to financial institutions across the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions. She is also a regular guest speaker at the OECD-STA Multilateral Tax Centre and provides technical transfer pricing training to tax authorities from across the APAC and EMEA regions. She has contributed articles and chapter submissions for international tax and TP publications and databases. And she has advised financial services industry groups in consultations with the Hong Kong SAR government. Ali is a qualified chartered accountant.

    While trained as a tax specialist, in her spare time she has taken on informal roles to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within her own organisations from establishing internal mentoring programmes, driving D&I training platforms, and performing social impact measurement educational work.

    Ali supports a number of non-profit organisations; having started her working career with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees she continues to provide skills-based volunteering for public-policy think tanks and education charities in Hong Kong. She co-chaired and sat as a steering committee member for The Women’s Foundation’s mentoring programme for 100 women leaders. She also collaborated with the Foundation and the Women’s Chief Executive group to research, draft and release a survey on the state of gender diversity in the financial services sector in Hong Kong.

  • Christine Tsang

    Board Vice-Chair

    Executive Director, IB Operational Risk Control – APAC Head, UBS

    Christine Tsang is the APAC Head of Operational Risk Control – Investment Bank at UBS. Her career spans experience in the Big 4 Accounting firms and regional second line of defense risk positions at various banks, with a focus on internal controls, operational risk and risk governance.

    Passionate about social impact, diversity, and environmental issues, Christine has been a Board Governor of The Women’s Foundation since 2019, previously Honorary Treasurer and is currently Vice Chair. She has been Chair of CSR and gender diversity committees in several organizations and is currently a Business Captain within UBS’s Social Impact Committee. Christine was the founding co-chair of an Asia employee resource group for Gender Balance at National Australia Bank, she also served as the Asia Regional Councilor for Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (‘CA ANZ’) in 2022, and was Chair of the Hong Kong Council in 2015. She is currently honorary advisor and board director of CA ANZ HK Limited and has been a FCA since 2015.

    Christine is also a wife, mother to a young son, a breast cancer survivor, and an avid snowboarder. She loves attending concerts and is always looking for ways to incorporate more exercise into her busy life. With a blend of professional expertise and personal passion, Christine is an inspiring advocate for change.

  • Tom Morrow

    Chairman of FICC and Equities in Asia Pacific, Goldman Sachs

    Tom Morrow is chairman of FICC and Equities in Asia Pacific at Goldman Sachs. He is a member of the Firmwide Client Franchise Committee, the Asia Pacific Management Committee and the Global Banking & Markets Operating Committee. Tom joined Goldman Sachs in 1992 and moved to Hong Kong in 1995. He has held multiple senior leadership roles throughout his career in the firm’s New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices. Prior to his current role, Tom was head of Asia Pacific Equities Distribution, head of the sovereign wealth fund business within the Securities Division in Asia Pacific and led the Asia Pacific Ex-Japan Strategic Coverage & Solutions Group. He is a former member of the Partnership Committee. Tom was named managing director in 2002 and partner in 2006. Tom is a board member of the John Sloan Dickey Center for International Understanding at Dartmouth College. He also serves on the Advisory Committee of the Quantitative Finance and MSc in Finance Programmes of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Tom earned an AB from Dartmouth College in 1992.

    Chief Executive Officer, Stratford Finance

    Angelina is a passionate advocate for technology, digital assets, and blockchain, focusing on advising start-ups. She is the CEO of Stratford Finance, a consulting firm addressing regulatory and operational challenges in financial services and digital assets. Angelina has held senior management roles at HKEX, SFC, Cantor Fitzgerald, CLSA, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and HG Asia/ABN AMRO. She was the Global COO of BitMEX and the HashKey Group, consulting for brokerages, fund managers, and technology providers.

    Angelina contributes to various Hong Kong government boards and committees, including the Financial Services Development Council and the Cantonese Opera Development Fund. She chairs The Women’s Foundation and serves on the boards of the Ebenezer School for the Blind, the University of Wollongong Hong Kong, Web3 Harbour, Chevalier Hong Kong, and Zurich Life Insurance, Hong Kong.

    Angelina is a Certified Public Accountant in the US, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Pepperdine University, an LLB from the University of Hong Kong/Manchester Metropolitan University, and an LLM from Harvard Law School.

  • Joanna Hotung

    Director, Hotung Mills Education Foundation

    Joanna is Director of Hotung Mills Education Foundation. She is the Founder of the KG Group, which through its different educational focuses has seen over 80,000 young people pass through its doors, and alumni are studying at prestigious universities or working in a wide range of fields worldwide. Prior to this she worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Marks and Spencer, Head Office, London.

    Joanna has degrees from the Universities of London and Warwick, and is a Licentiate of Trinity College London. She is an Arts Advisor to the University of Warwick, and a Board Member at The Women’s Foundation, Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong, Youth Diabetes Action, Playright Children’s Play Association, and the Hong Kong Arts Festival.

    Among many awards, she is winner of South China Morning Post Women of our Time and the American Chamber of Commerce Women of Influence Entrepreneur award.

  • Brian Henderson

    Founder, Whole Business Wellness Limited

    Brian Henderson founded Whole Business Wellness Limited in 2020 to help individuals, teams and organisations build resilience and thriving workplace cultures. He was Founding Co-Chair of TWF’s Male Allies Initiative, serving on the Male Allies Leadership Council for 6 years. He is a member of the Young Allies steering group and a mentor on that program. Brian was recognised as the 2017 AmCham Champion for the Advancement of Women and was a finalist for the Community Business Community Leader Award in 2024. Brian also leads MoveMEN!, a community of men supporting each other through life’s ups and downs by practising movement, meditation and mindful dialogue.

  • Claire Goodchild

    Counsellor, Central Minds

    Claire Goodchild previously served as the Asia Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Stanley, where she designed strategies that earned multiple recognitions, including Gold Standard for LGBT Inclusion in Hong Kong and Japan, and placement among the 100 Best Companies for Women in India.

    During her 20+ year tenure at Morgan Stanley, she held various talent development roles and also led a team to win a Silver Award for Excellence in Training and Development. She has maintained strong ties with TWF, co-chairing the Foundation’s Mentor Programme Steering Committee, chairing the Human Resources Advisory Council and serving on the leadership council for Male Allies.

    Claire has now transitioned from corporate leadership to pursue a masters degree in counselling and training as a mental health counsellor, bringing her extensive experience in human development and inclusion to support mental wellness and emotional resilience.

  • Gwen Faure

    Former Partner, PwC Hong Kong

    Gwen Faure was a partner in PwC Hong Kong’s Consulting practice. She specialised in delivering transformation programmes of international banks and financial institutions, ensuring they align with the local regulatory requirements in the Asia Pacific markets. She was the co-lead in PWC Hong Kong’s internal women network. Additionally, she has worked extensively with TWF, both as an advisory council member for the mentoring programme in 2018-2019 and through her involvement in the joint TWF/PwC study of Gender Diversity in the Hong Kong Financial Services Sector last year. Gwen is currently interested in the Workforce of the Future, particularly due to her background as an anthropologist.

  • Cecilia Chan

    JP

    Professor Emeritus, Department of Social Work and Social Administration, University of Hong Kong

    Professor Cecilia Chan is a world leader in health and social work. Before her retirement, she was Si Yuan Chair Professorship in Health and Social Work. She was known for her groundbreaking innovations such as a strength-oriented empowerment approach with traumatised individuals and the creative synergy of Chinese philosophies and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices into holistic behavioural health intervention for marginalised populations and persons in distress. Besides her research excellence, Cecilia is a prominent social entrepreneur and change maker in society. She served as Founding Director to various projects and programs including the Centre of Behavioural Health and the Jockey Club End-of-life Community Care (JCECC) project. She was also instrumental in the establishment of the Sau Po Centre of Aging, Centre of Buddhist Studies, HKJC Centre on Suicide Research and Prevention as well as other taught post-graduate programmes at the University of Hong Kong.

  • Ikra Shaikh

    Senior Officer, Workplace Leadership Programmes

    Ikra joined The Women’s Foundation in September 2023 and is primarily responsible for supporting the Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders and the Gender Equality and Inclusion Working Group.

    Before joining TWF, Ikra was involved with several local NGOs concerning the legal awareness of migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong, fostering connections between women from ethnic minority backgrounds and the majority community, and improving the livelihoods of non-Chinese women in Hong Kong. Her work was instrumental in providing support and empowering underserved women in the region.

    Ikra holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Criminology from the City University of Hong Kong.

  • Clara Hopkins

    Assistant Manager, Workplace Leadership Programmes

    Clara joined The Women’s Foundation as Assistant Manager, Workplace Leadership Programmes in March 2023. She runs the Male Allies Programme and supports various board diversity initiatives including the Women to Watch Platform.

    Prior to joining TWF, she worked with diverse NGOs on issues relating to reproductive rights, disability, and arts administration.

    Clara holds a Master of Arts majoring in French and History from the University of Edinburgh.

  • Carla Bugo

    Senior Officer, Community Empowerment Programmes

    Carla joined as Senior Officer, Community Empowerment Programmes in August 2023, bringing her extensive expertise to the forefront. In this capacity, she diligently coordinates a diverse range of community initiatives, with a particular focus on the Girls Go Tech programme. This transformative initiative aims to empower women in the STEM field and remove barriers to their success.

    Prior to her role, Carla had a remarkable professional journey spanning various sectors, including law, finance, and traditional Chinese medical treatment, in both Hong Kong and Shanghai. Additionally, with over a decade of volunteer experience in the non-profit sector, Carla is a dedicated volunteer of a reputable NGO and devotes her free time to serving the underserved and elderly. Her unwavering commitment to uplifting marginalised communities, promoting women empowerment, and providing assistance to those in need has shaped her into a compassionate and devoted professional.

  • Hillary Fung

    Assistant Manager, Events and Development

    Hillary is responsible for managing TWF’s CRM implementation and contributes to coordinating and executing various flagship events including the annual Gala and International Women’s Day Lunch to support our mission. She also actively assists the Pipeline Initatives team with corporate partnership related inquiries.

    Prior to her current role, Hillary was the Programme Officer in the Community team where she was responsible for planning, coordinating and executing events and activities under the Girls Go Tech Programme, as well as developing the English for STEM initiative.

    She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a minor in Sociology from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

  • Dora Lee

    Assistant Operations Manager

    Dora joined The Women’s Foundation as Operations Officer in September 2018, supporting finance & accounting and working closely with the Pipeline, Development and Programme teams. Prior to joining TWF, she worked as Controller overseeing Asia Pacific government projects in Philips Electronics Healthcare Division. She also worked in Sydney office of Unisys Company Limited for a regional accounting hub migration project. She has diversified experience in accounting, business support, performance reporting, financial analysis and control process improvement.

    Dora holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Master of Science in Financial Analysis (Major in Corporate Finance) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).

  • Jina Guo

    Manager, Pipeline Initiatives

    Jina joined The Women’s Foundation in April 2023 as Assistant Manager, Pipeline Initiatives. She is primarily responsible for Gender Equality & Inclusion Working Group and supporting the Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders and other gender diversity programmes under TWF’s Pipeline Initiatives.

    Jina has nearly a decade of experience in the education sector. Prior to her role at TWF, Jina served as the Director of Studies at Education First. Jina’s role focused on developing academic staff’s teaching and management skills and implementing new curricula. She also collaborated with the Sales and Service Team to ensure school’s healthy growth as well as run various marketing and internal staff events.

    Jina holds a bachelor’s degree in English Education from Huainan Normal University, with a National Teaching Certificate from the Chinese Education Bureau.

  • Phoebe Ho

    Senior Manager, Events and Development

    Phoebe joined The Women’s Foundation as Assistant Events and Development Manager in April 2022. She is responsible for conceptualising, planning, executing and evaluating TWF’s fundraising initiatives, with a particular focus on two signature fundraising events: International Women’s Day Lunch and Gala Dinner.

    Before joining TWF, she worked in The American Club as an Events Executive, working closely with the American Club Foundation team to host charity events as well as collaborating with many other charity organisations to host various fundraising events in The American Club. These events gave her great satisfaction by helping people in need and inspired her next chapter in working at an NGO.

    Phoebe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from De Montfort University.

  • Kit Yu

    Manager, Design and Innovation

    Kit joined The Women’s Foundation as Graphic Designer in July 2017. Her primary responsibilities include conceiving and developing graphics for TWF’s marketing collateral, documents, website and social media channels, as well as planning and managing the design of marketing and event promotion material.

    Before joining TWF, Kit worked as a senior designer and graphic designer at both Esquel Enterprises Limited and Ma belle Jewelry Limited. She was responsible for providing innovative graphic design concepts and executing marketing campaigns such as advertisements, packaging, product catalogues and seasonal promotion materials. She graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a BA in Applied and Media Art and a Higher Diploma in Graphic and Media Design from the Hong Kong Institute of Education.

  • Gladys Cheung

    Associate Director, Community Empowerment Programmes

    Gladys joined TWF in October 2019. Previously, she served at a number of organisations including WWF, World Green Organisation and Ocean Park Conservation Foundation where she was responsible for fundraising and advocacy campaigns to support their conservation projects. Gladys solicited partners to support Earth Hour, the global climate change initiative, and spearheaded the first city-wide No Straw Campaign in 2017 to encourage the F&B industry and the general public to go straw-less.

    Gladys holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto and a Master of Social Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

  • Lai Shan Chung

    Senior Director, Community Empowerment Programmes

    Shan joined The Women’s Foundation as Director, Special Projects – Community Programmes in late October 2023. She is an unwavering advocate for women’s rights and gender justice.

    Shan worked on poverty eradication and development programme, particularly focusing on women empowerment, eliminating gender-based violence, gender justice and civil society building in Mainland China with Oxfam Hong Kong for 18 years. She established the gender programme team and was the gender justice focal point for the global gender platform. She facilitated the registration of OHK’s Guangdong Office in 2017 and became the first chief representative. After social movements and Covid-19, Shan decided to redirect her focus back to Hong Kong.

    She has extensive experience in strategic planning, programming, policy advocacy and campaigning, grant-making and management. She is also a skilled facilitator and participatory trainer in areas such as gender and development, civil society organisation development, project cycle management, gender impact assessment, as well as safeguarding policies and mechanisms.

    Shan enjoys working with various communities and stakeholders from diversified backgrounds. She has experience in promoting commons and social economy in Hong Kong. She is keen on gender education for various groups in different creative methods.

    She was a journalist and an editor, working in both conventional and social media.

    Shan holds a BA (Hons) in Public and Social Administration and a MSc in International Development.

  • Amy Viklund

    Director, Pipeline Initiatives

    Amy joined The Women’s Foundation in 2023 as Director, Pipeline Initiatives. She leads a team that is responsible for the programmes, partnerships and initiatives which support the continuous development of the female talent pipeline in Hong Kong.

    The Pipeline Initiatives include the Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders, Male Allies Initiatives, 30% Club Hong Kong and Boardroom Series for Women Leaders.

    Prior to joining The Women’s Foundation, Amy has gained substantial experience from more than a decade of working in commercial business development and marketing roles in the professional services sector in Hong Kong. She has also worked at a listed international stock exchange for a few years based in Sweden.

    Amy has been an active advocate for gender equity and has led or participated in numerous gender equity initiatives where she worked and in the wider communities over the past 7 years.

  • Lisa Moore

    Senior Director, Research and Advocacy

    Lisa joined The Women’s Foundation in 2011 and became Senior Director, Research & Advocacy in January 2024.

    Lisa oversees TWF’s independent, collaboratively produced research on critical, under-discussed gender issues. She also leads advocacy efforts that aim to challenge and transform existing attitudes and behaviours that are preventing women and girls from fully participating in society through cross-sector campaigns as well as sector-specific actions. Additionally, she manages their communications strategy and execution to drive TWF’s presence and impact in the wider community.

    She was part of Meta’s Global Women’s Safety Expert Advisors (2021-2024), a group of experts that help Meta develop new policies, products and programmes that better support the women who use their apps.

    Prior to TWF, Lisa served as a Teaching & Research Fellow for Morningside College at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

    Lisa holds a BA in Ethnic Studies from the University of Richmond, an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and Nanjing University, and an MSc in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University.

  • Maria Chau

    Chief Operations Officer

    Maria joined The Women’s Foundation as Finance and Administration Director in August 2021, with sound experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical multinational corporations and local public organisations managing finance, administration, controlling, supply chain, procurement, human resources, internal control, commercial and IT management.

    She has started her career in a German-based pharmaceutical company, Schering AG, building and managing finance and administration teams in Hong Kong and China, and was exposed to various challenges like M&A activities and integrations. She was the Chief Administration Officer of Bayer Healthcare Hong Kong and Deputy Executive Director (Commercial & Administration) of Aviation Security Ltd. at HK International Airport.

    Maria is passionate about TWF’s mission and vision in promoting the full and equal participation of women and girls in her home city where she grew up and currently resides.

    Maria is also a supporter of lifelong learning. She attained three master degrees in professional accounting, business administration and English Studies for the Professions while being a working mom of two boys.

  • Rita Ching

    Principal Adviser

    Before serving as Principal Adviser, Rita served The Women’s Foundation for 10 years, with the majority of her time as Deputy CEO. She is mainly responsible for programme design and development, advocacy campaigns, and community outreach.

    Previously, Rita spent ten years at the Employee Retraining Board, where she managed placement services and public relations working closely with the Education Bureau, the Labour and Welfare Bureau, the Commission on Poverty, the Labour Department and the Social Welfare Department.

    She is the Founder of a social enterprise, Above and Beyond Education, that instructs on positive education and social-emotional learning to support students, their parents and schools. She was also a Programme Committee Member for the Children’s Medical Foundation.

    Rita was an organising member of the ‘2013-18 Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme’, and the Convenor of the Advisory Group for the Investor and Financial Education Council, a subsidiary of the Securities & Futures Commission. She was a blogger for HK01 and Ohmykids and has been awarded “Hong Kong Outstanding Women Volunteer” of Hong Kong YWCA.

    Rita holds a Masters in Social Policy from the University of York, UK.

  • Fiona Nott

    CEO

    Fiona joined The Women’s Foundation as CEO in September 2017, combining her senior leadership experience with a passion for TWF’s mission to serve marginalised women and girls in Hong Kong. A former lawyer and Hang Seng Index company secretary, Fiona has lived in Hong Kong for over two decades having cultivated a career as a senior legal professional and adviser to a number of leading corporations in Hong Kong and around Asia including PCCW, AIA, AIG, Aviva, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery as well as SMEs, start ups and non-profit organisations.

    She is the Co-Founder of Room to Read’s Hong Kong Chapter and helped establish the Regional Programme office in New Delhi, India. She was the former Deputy Chair and a Director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong (AustCham), and was Founder and Chair of its Women in Business Network. In 2015, Fiona won the People’s Choice Award for the Advancement of Women in Business at the AustCham-Westpac Australia China Business Awards.

    In 2020, Fiona was selected as the winner of the “Outstanding Achievement” award for the Women in Business Law Awards Asia 2020 for her professional accomplishments as well as advocacy and influence. In 2021, she was recognised at the AmCham Women of Influence Awards 2021 as Non-Profit Leader of the Year for her work to advance gender equality. In 2022, she was a recipient of Tatler’s Front & Female Hong Kong Awards.

    Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow (FGIA FCG) of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Governance Institute, a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, Australia and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and sits on its Hong Kong Committee.
