Last Thursday, we celebrated 20 years of impact at our Gala Dinner and raised critical funds to continue our work. We were touched by the enthusiastic support from our guests, friends, allies and partners at the Regent Hong Kong. The event was a wonderful opportunity to commemorate breaking barriers and reaffirm our commitment to the work ahead to build a gender equal future.
We are immensely grateful to our Title Sponsor Bloomberg, Executive Sponsor Citi and Associate Sponsor Jardines for their leadership, generosity and dedication in making our Gala Dinner possible.
Under the theme "Breaking Barriers, Building Equality", our event featured two panel discussions. The first was led by Bloomberg's Jessica Namad with inspiring speakers, Riya Chandiramani, Anita Lee and Kelsey Lam who shared their respective entrepreneurial journeys and vision for equality. The second panel discussion was led by Citi's Erika Irish Brown with three wonderful speakers Prof Derek Collins, Joanna Hotung and Dr Evelyn Kwok who looked at the interconnected role between art, business and design in shaping a gender equal future.
We were touched to hear the heartfelt sharing by our Programme participants, Katie Lam, Osbert Leung, Raymond Leung, Tiffany Pang and Rachel Wong.
We would also like to thank our amazing emcee, Karen Koh and pledge co-leads, Jen Flowers and Richard Lord as well as our fundraising host Peyami Kalyoncu.
