What is the key to a sustainable future? Gender equality
Feb2026

Our world faces complex, interconnected challenges: climate change, resource inequality, and social fragmentation. Addressing these issues cannot be achieved by maintaining status quo or engaging in piecemeal efforts. Sustainable, lasting change requires creative thinking, accountability and action from all of us – institutions, businesses and individuals.
To succeed, we must reimagine the structures that shape our society and design an entirely new blueprint for our future – one where leadership is rooted in purpose, progress is measured by inclusion, and success is aligned with collective well-being.
Central to this vision is the full participation of women and girls. This International Women’s Day, we invite you to join us for a special fundraising luncheon. Together, we’ll explore how gender equality is a powerful catalyst for a sustainable society.
Under the theme "Design the Blueprint, Define the Future", we will celebrate the transformative power of women’s leadership in redefining how we live, connect, and envision tomorrow. We will be spotlighting the visionary innovators, creators, and decision-makers who are embedding purposeful, inclusive approaches into the fabric of our society—from sustainable practices to innovative design, spanning diverse industries from hospitality and textiles to the arts.
We will also feature voices from our community that have been empowered to make positive change. Equally important is strengthening connections and exploring how small actions –allyship, paying it forward, inspiring the next generation of gender equality advocates – is creating a groundswell of momentum towards a more sustainable and equitable society.
Join us in defining a future designed for all.
