Under the theme ‘From Here We Lead’, We stand on the precipice of change: social, environmental and technological. These momentous shifts are reverberating in our communities, workplaces and homes. Already, we can see the widespread effects of these developments – particularly for our most vulnerable populations including women and girls.

We are now on new ground to cultivate the future we all deserve – a future with thriving workplaces, cleaner skies and happier families. One in which we all have access to the same tools, resources and opportunities. Where gender doesn’t impact anyone’s present or future. Where we are all safe from gender-based violence. We cannot wait for others to show the way. Change begins with each of us.

From here, we lead the future with bold, innovative solutions to foster a more gender equal and inclusive city for all. Together, we can make Hong Kong a leader on gender equality.
