Jill joined the Foundation in 2011, having previously served at the Employee Retraining Board (ERB) for three years where she was mainly responsible for the development and piloting of its Training cum Employment Resource Centre.
Before joining ERB, she was engaged in programme planning and management for different government departments including the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Labour Department. At the Women’s Foundation, Jill is chiefly responsible for the implementation of the T.E.E.N. Programme.
Jill received her Bachelor degree in Social Sciences and a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Studies from the City University of Hong Kong.
