Connie Cheung is the Acting Programme Director at The Women’s Foundation. She leads the Community Programme Team, delivering evidence based programmes that empower underprivileged women and girls, and challenge gender stereotypes, especially around STEM. Connie first joined The Women’s Foundation as the Programme Manager in 2013. She has been responsible for the successful Girls Go Tech programme since its launch in 2015.
Previously, Connie served at the Employees Retraining Board for nine years, which included a two-year secondment to the Labour Department, where she managed a number of programmes. Prior to that, she worked in Hong Kong Cable News as a reporter and anchor.
Connie earned her B.A. in Journalism from Hong Kong Shue Yan University.
