We had an inspiring evening at our Gala on November 2 under the theme “Power On: Beyond the Binary Code”, raising critical funds to continue our work. We were touched by the enthusiastic support from our guests, friends, allies and partners, in-person at The Ritz-Carlton. The event was a wonderful opportunity to move beyond the binary and co-create new opportunities for women and girls so that no one is left behind in the spaces defining our future.
We are immensely grateful to our Title Sponsor Bloomberg as well as Associate Sponsor Jardine Matheson for their tremendous dedication to TWF. This Gala would not have been possible without their generous support.
We had an inspiring evening featuring panel discussion on our theme moderated by Praveen Choudhary, Managing Director, Morgan Stanley and co-Chair, TWF Male Allies Leadership Council, with fantastic speakers, Lucy Gazmararian, Founder and Managing Partner, Token Bay Capital, Jeanne Lim, Co-Founder and CEO, beingAI Limited, and Tania Tse, Co-Founder, Sleek. This was followed by heartfelt sharing from two secondary school students, Stella Yu and Yoyo Wong on their participation in Girls Go Tech Programme activities.
